Meditation is the path of awareness


Meditation is the path of awareness.
To meditate is to become aware of one's desires.
Meditation is awareness in action.

A meditator has to become conscious of his thoughts and actions.
No activity should be done unconsciously or mechanically.
A silent current of awareness should follows each activity of a meditator.

In shot, any thing done with awareness is meditation
and any thing that is done with unawareness is sin.

According to Osho and Buddha - the real definition of Sin
is a action which is done with unawareness.
